AutoPilot Form ("we", "us", "our") is a Chrome extension that helps users auto-fill web forms using AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

AutoPilot Form（"我们"）是一款帮助用户使用 AI 自动填充网页表单的 Chrome 扩展。我们致力于保护你的隐私并透明地处理你的数据。

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

本隐私政策解释我们收集哪些信息、如何使用这些信息以及你对自己数据的权利。

Controller and operator: AutoPilot Form is operated by an independent developer based in China. Privacy requests may be sent to support@tkhjtools.top.

Legal bases: We process account and subscription data as necessary to provide the service and perform our contract; security and limited service diagnostics for our legitimate interests; and data based on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Your profile values (name, email, phone, address, work information, etc.) are stored in chrome.storage.local. The Extension reads those values locally to preview and fill forms. Neither our backend nor the AI provider receives your profile values. When AI enhancement is needed, only the metadata and available profile-key names described in Section 2.4 are transmitted.

• Number of AI-assisted fills per day (for free tier limit enforcement)

• Fill count, field count, timestamps and, where recorded, the page URL associated with a fill. Server-side AI usage records do not contain your profile values.

AI enhancement is optional and off by default. If you explicitly enable it, the following is sent to our AI backend only when local matching is insufficient:

• Unmatched field metadata: label, selector, field type, category and select-option labels

• Profile values and existing form values are not sent. Password fields are excluded.

The backend uses this metadata to request key-mapping suggestions and return them to your browser. We do not intentionally add the request contents to our application database. Infrastructure and AI providers may retain limited security or operational logs under their own policies.

You can withdraw AI consent at any time in Extension Settings. Local matching remains available after you turn AI enhancement off.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Local data: Stored in Chrome Storage on your device. Cleared when you uninstall the extension or clear browser data.

• Server data: Account, usage and subscription records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Processing location may vary according to Cloudflare's network and service configuration.

• Retention: Local data remains until you delete it, clear browser data or uninstall. Account and usage records remain while your account is active and are deleted following an account-deletion request, except transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records that must be retained.

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on applicable contractual safeguards and obtain consent or complete other required transfer procedures.

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your account

• Delete: Delete your account and all associated server data at any time (in extension settings or by emailing us)

• Correct and copy: View, edit and manually copy local profile data; request a portable copy of server-side account data by email

We will verify and respond to rights requests as required by applicable law. EEA/UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority.

AutoPilot Form is not intended for children under 14, or a higher minimum age required in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. A guardian who believes a child supplied data may contact us for deletion.
