These Terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer operating AutoPilot Form ("we"). By installing, creating an account, purchasing Pro, or using AutoPilot Form ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

AutoPilot Form is a browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to detect and auto-fill web forms. The service includes:

• A free tier with limited daily AI-assisted fills
• 有限每日 AI 辅助填充次数的免费版
• A paid Pro tier without a product-set daily AI limit, subject to reasonable security and abuse-prevention controls
• 付费 Pro 版不设产品内每日 AI 次数限制，但仍受合理安全及防滥用措施约束
• Local rule-based matching (no AI, unlimited for all users)
• 本地规则匹配（非 AI，所有用户无限制）

• Pro is an automatically renewing subscription billed by PayPal at $2.99 USD each month for eligible early-bird subscribers, beginning when checkout is approved and continuing until cancelled.

• The $2.99 early-bird rate remains available while that subscription stays active. Cancelling ends the reserved rate.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• You may cancel through the Extension at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro access continues through the paid billing period. The purchase confirmation and account center show the subscription status and paid-through date.

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks

The Extension, website, original interface, text and AutoPilot Form branding are owned by the operator or used under applicable licenses. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service under these Terms. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Google, Chrome, Chrome Web Store, Microsoft, Edge and PayPal marks belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

本扩展、官网、原创界面、文字及 AutoPilot Form 品牌归运营者所有或已依适用许可使用。我们仅授予你依本条款使用服务的有限、个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销许可。开源组件适用其各自许可证。Google、Chrome、Chrome Web Store、Microsoft、Edge 和 PayPal 等标识归各权利人所有；提及这些名称不表示存在关联或认可。

To report suspected copyright or trademark infringement, email support@tkhjtools.top with the protected work or mark, the material at issue, your contact information and a good-faith explanation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accurate AI field matching, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing all filled data before submission.

本扩展按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。虽然我们努力做到 AI 字段匹配准确，但不保证 100% 准确。你有责任在提交前检查所有填充的数据。

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect form submissions, including but not limited to missed applications, failed transactions, or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPilot Form shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

9. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not reduce already-paid subscription rights during the current billing period unless required for security or law. We may suspend or terminate service for material breach, fraud, abuse or legal requirements, with notice where reasonably possible.

我们可能更新本条款，并会对重大变更给予合理通知。除安全或法律要求外，变更不会减少当前已付费周期内的订阅权益。发生重大违约、欺诈、滥用或法律要求时，我们可暂停或终止服务，并在合理可行时通知你。

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through support; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，但不排除消费者居住地法律赋予的强制性保护。双方应先通过客服协商解决争议；协商不成的，可向依适用法律具有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
